In completing this challenge...I've learned that maybe taking all those advanced English/Language Arts classes, werent a gigantic waste afterall! Lol 😅 And that its really hard to "visualize", when you arent able to actually visually picture anything in your mind ...Also, that i am able to better catch myself throughout the day asking myself whether what im meditating on is benefiting me or opposing me lol Do i feel a shift? Idk, not like a physical difference, but mentality-wise, yes. Becoming more consciously aware of what im thinking about & the effect it has on my life & where i wanna be. ♥️

I have learn that praising GOD helps me not to think about my situation at that moment nothing but joy😁. There is a big shift after the last day 5 days of Transformation of the Mind. I feel like I am on cloud 9 . ✈️ Thank you for your obedience to the call of GOD, and being real about your experiences. Because of your obedience and raw experiences I want to continue with what GOD has ordained for me and my son.
